How To Create A Svelte Figure In 7 Easy Tips

Everyone is intrigued by skinny people. We wonder what it will take for us to get that kind of figure or if the skinny are that way because of their family characteristics. Did the thin hit a lucky streak? Or must they work extra hard to keep that svelte figure.

Its both true and untrue.

Those who are really thin likely work really hard to stay thin. These are the folks who watch every single calorie that crosses their hips and eat rabbit food with no dressing.

Fortunately, there is another group of folks who make skinny look like a cakewalk.

Naturally thin people have many traits in common that help to maintain their thin figures. After interviewing hundreds of naturally skinny folks over the course of 14 years, Ive come with seven skinny secrets they have in common. You might be able to identify with some of them and you also might be able to make a few slight shifts that would help you to become naturally thin too.

1. The naturally thin think thin thoughts. The naturally thin know that they will stay thin forever. They make comments like Im little or I can only eat half of that. They think differently. They act and react to circumstances and opportunities differently. They dont run to food when their dog dies or sink into a food coma when procrastinating. They think about food as just food. It is delicious, they love it, but its there to fuel their body and taste good, nothing else

2. The naturally thin dont diet. Its true. These naturally thin men and women would never think of dieting. Why, because theyve never had to and never thought of themselves any other way, but skinny. When asking thin people if they worry about gaining weight, they most always say something to the voice of, no and when I ask why not? they say because I never have been overweight.

3. Never mix emotions and food. If a thin person is sad, they go cry or talk to someone. If they become angry about something, they do something to relieve that stress like working out or punching their pillows. They just dont confuse emotions and eating because it makes no sense to them. The only time they think about food is when they become hungry " not because they are upset or sad. When upset or sad, they deal with those emotions. When they are hungry, only then is when they eat. They commonly deal with emotions in an emotional way.

4. Naturally thin people dont have to eat to be sociable. Shuld a thin person go to a bar-b-que and not be hungry, they dont have any problem mixing and talking but not eating. Whenever they happen to get hungry, they grab something to eat, but not until they are hungry. They are there to enjoy the socializing with family and friends. They dont know the meaning of the term grazing.

5. Being naturally thin means eating what a person loves. It doesnt mean eating celery sticks if they arent craving celery sticks. Eating foods they crave takes place when they are hungry. They would never think of not eating something or saying no, that isnt good for me unless of course there is some allergy or sensitivity to the food. Thin people know they can eat whatever they want should they be hungry.

6. Mindless eating to numb the senses is something thin people dont do. They are always concious of the effect that what they are eating has on their bodies. You would never find them at the theater with their hand in the bottom of an almost empty popcorn bucket wondering if they ate it all. Thin people know how hungry they are before they sit down to a meal and how full they are while or after they finish eating.. They are ignorant about diets, calories and other aspects of food.

7. These thin people never overeat. They are apalled by overeating. They know it sucks their energy and bloats their stomachs. Yekk, the extreme discomfort prevents them from repeating the experience and reinforces the negative aspect of overeating. Average naturally thin people overeat less than two percent of the time.

See, there is a difference in their mindset and their actions.

So, these thin people dont depend on genetics, luck or the quality or type of food they eat. They eat differently than others " what they eat, when they eat, their freedom to choose any type of food and they have a different connection with their bodies.
